| 摘 要： | 比较分析了我国宏观经济调控两次转型的指导思想、调控目标、调控方式,阐述了宏观调控第二次转型中的长期平衡与短期平衡、对不平衡状况的认识及各种调控手段的组合,对我国宏观经济调控第二次转型提出了几点思考。
