| Abstract: | The article discusses the application of KPI of supply chain based on SCOR performance measurement for supply chain management, describes the new concept of supply chain management and emphasizes that we should use performance measurement system to realize the concept. Specially describes how to build supply chain diagnosis system, provides a solution for efficiency of SCM, which can improve the precision of analysis and decision for each member of the supply chain. |
