| 摘 要： | 用格兰杰因果检验、回归等计量分析方法，对美国风险投资和经济增长的因果关系进行实证研究，得出美国风险投资业和经济增长互为因果的关系，并具体分析美国风险投资对经济增长的贡献，最后提出发展我国风险投资必须营造良好制度环境、促进风险投资市场化、构建风险投资生态系统模式的战略对策。

| Abstract: | with the method of Granger cause and effect test and regression,this paper analyzes the relation between American venture capital investment and economy developing,and get the conclusion that they are mutual causality. Meanwhile the paper analyzes the contributing of American venture capital investment to economy developing,and gives some suggestion for improving venture capital in China that is to construct favouable condition and establish the ecosystem model of ventual capital. |
