| 摘 要： | 本文将胜任力理论与高校高层次人才培养实践相结合,阐述了胜任力理论的基本内涵,分析了高校高层次人才培养存在的问题以及基于胜任力的高层次人才培养的意义,探讨了高层次人才胜任力研究的步骤和方法,为高校高层次人才培养改革提供一个新的思路。
