关于疾控中心疫苗财务管理的问题与对策探讨

目前我国医疗水平趋于日益提高的状态,与此同时社会广大群体也逐渐意识到疾控工作的重要性,对疾控工作的重视度越来越大。疫苗,区别于一般的药品,是一种特殊的商品,由于其特殊性,在其采购、使用等任何一个环节出现问题都将会产生不可估量的严重后果,为此国务院设立了专门的条例(《疫苗流通和预防接种管理条例》)来对疫苗的管理进行规范。在对疫苗进行管理的过程中,各级疾控中心在其中占据了非常重要的角色,其是疫苗流通过程中重要的组成部分,在疫苗管理中有非常重要的作用。本文分析了疾控中心疫苗管理的基本情况以及疫苗管理中所存在的问题,并结合自己的工作经验,针对所存在的问题总结阐述了完善措施,以此来提高疾控中心疫苗财务管理的水平。

Discussion on Problems and Countermeasures of Financial Management of Vaccine of Center for Disease Control

At present,medical level in our country tends to increased state,at the same time,social broad groups also gradually realize the importance of disease control,pay more and more attention to disease control.The vaccine,is different from the general medicine,is a special kind of commodity,due to its particularity,it will produce immeasurable serious consequences when emerges problems in any link,such as its purchase,use and so on.Thereby,special regulation(Distribution of Vaccines and Vaccination Regulation) is established by the state council,so as to standardize the management of vaccine.In the process of management to the vaccine,all levels of CDC takes an important role,it is the important component part of distribution of vaccine.This paper analyzes basic circumstances and existent problems of the management of vaccine of the center for disease control,and combined with own working experience,proposes the improved measures aiming at the existing problems,so as to improve the level of the financial management of vaccine of center for disease control.
