斯特林太阳能发电阳光跟踪控制系统设计

摘    要:针对碟式斯特林太阳能发电系统阳光跟踪问题,设计了基于DCS体系的阳光跟踪控制系统。该系统采用PSD传感器和硬件计算电路实现光电检测,采用ARM处理器实现UI控制器模块、数据中心模块和运动控制模块的设计,各模块独立完成运算和处理功能,通过CAN总线进行通讯。在所设计硬件平台上,设计光电跟踪测控程序和视日运动轨迹跟踪程序。所设计测控系统成功应用于实际斯特林太阳能发电系统,运行稳定可靠,精度高。

Abstract:For problem of sunlight tracking,a new sunlight tracking control system based on DCS structure is designed.PSD position sensor is selected and corresponding calculation circuit is designed.The control system includes UI controller,calculation center and motion controller,each of them is designed based on ARM processer,and CAN bus is used to transfer data and commands.Photoelectric tracking program and solar orbit tracking program are designed based on designed hardware.The measuring and control system has been used on Stirling solar power system successfully,and the system operation is stable and reliable,the tracking precision is high.
