| Abstract: | This paper introduced the meaning of performance management in colleges and universities’ human resource management,analysed some problems in current performance management of colleges and universities,then pointed out the importance of performance management system based on position classification,and made some suggestions on constructing a performance management system based on position classification,which provided references for colleges and universities’ management. |
