Application of Care Logo in NICU Care Safety Management and Its Effect

Objective: To investigate the effect of nursing logo in nursing services,in order to protect patient safety.Method: To develop a uniform and eye-catching care logo,use it with specification and target in the process of care services,and take it as an important part of the assessment of care quality.Results: The nurses’ risk awareness is enhanced,patient’s satisfaction to the care and job is improved,and adverse events are significantly reduced.Conclusion: The care logo can effectively control the adverse events of care and ensure the security of care.
