| 摘 要： | 高校综合科技水平和科技实力的重要标志是科研项目。目前,高校对科研经费的管理重视不够,为了发挥科研经费的资金效益必须加强科研资金管理,本文着重分析了高校科研经费管理存在的问题及解决这些问题的办法和建议。
