目前形势企业人力资源管理的重要性

摘    要:每年春节前后,企业的员工大量离职,已成为了常态。而近几年沿海地区"用工荒"的大面积爆发,很多企业陷入了严重失血而又无法补血的境地,无疑给企业经营管理的连续性和稳定性带来极大的挑战。本文针对企业面临的这一难题,分析"用工荒"成因,进行人力资源规划,提出了留住用工人员的策略。

Abstract:Before and after the Spring Festival every year,a lot of enterprise staff turnover,and has become normal.In recent years,"labor shortage" outbreaks in the coastal areas.A lot of enterprises is in the severe blood loss and can’t supplement,which no doubt brings the enormous challenge to the enterprise management continuity and stability.Aiming at this problem that enterprise faces,the article analyzes "labor shortage" causes,carries on the human resources planning,and puts forward the strategy of keeping labor personnel.
