| 摘 要： | 目前,人力资源市场比较流行"人事外包",这种做法能够将企业进行完美"瘦身",然后以最优的状态,迎接市场的考验。本文重点从建筑施工企业人力资源管理方面遇到的问题和"人事外包"针对这些问题所采取的措施和战略对策上入手,着重强调人力资源管理对建筑施工企业的不断发展起着决定性作用。
