应急通信系统在铁路中的实施

文章首先简要介绍了铁路应急通信系统的概念及其发展现状,然后着重对铁路应急通信系统的组成、主要设备及功能进行阐述,进而对铁路应急通信系统进行组网设计,提出了应急救援指挥中心系统和应急抢险现场系统的设计方案。最后总结全文并对未来铁路应急通信的研究热点和发展前景做了展望。

The Implementation of Emergency Communication System in the Railway

This paper makes a brief introduction to the concept and developing situation of the railway emergency communication at first.And then,it puts emphasis on the railway emergency communication system and mainly tells us structure of the system,major equipments and their functions,and at the same time,presents a scheme design for railway station,puts forward the emergency rescue center system and emergency rescue site design scheme of the system.Lastly,the paper makes a summary and an outlook to the research hotspots as well as the development prospect of railway emergency communication in the future.
