企业执行风险预警的智能化研究

风险管理是企业管理的基础内容，企业竞争能力的一个重要方面就是对风险的预警和控制能力。传统的风险预警大多是依靠预先设定的风险指标体系定期进行人力评估，这样的评估是基于某一时点的静态数据和信息，评价指标和方法体系更新较慢，无法有效地把握企业风险的动态变化。我们在界定企业风险预警流程的基础上，提出利用神经网络、遗传算法和数据挖掘等现代信息技术，构建执行风险预警智能化系统的理论框架，探讨对企业执行风险实现动态化跟踪预警的智能化方案。

Research on the Intelligentized Framework of the Frewarning System for the Corporate Executive Risk

Risk managing is the elements of the business management,the competitive competence depends on the corporate ability to frewarn and control the risk.Conventional frewarning approach used to rely on the periodical handwork with the preestablished risk indicator.The risk appraise is static and the indicator or the method is been updated very slowly,so the conventional approach can't track the dynamic movement of the corporate risk effectively.Based on the research of the frewarning process,the paper propose a theoretical framework with artificial intelligence technology for the corporate risk frewaning system and research on how to track the movement of the executive risk dynamically.
