| 摘 要： | 美国次贷危机在2008年的下半年进一步加深并最后演变成金融危机。此次次贷危机的加深造成了全球许多家金融机构的破产，同时给我国金融机构以及整个经济尤其是出口行业带来了较大的影响。分析其产生的原因及影响，对我国金融业乃至整个经济的稳定和发展是有借鉴意义的。
