| 摘 要： | 离岸金融市场是一种新兴的、真正意义上的国际金融市场，该市场体现出诸多不同于传统金融市场的特点。该市场较多的优惠政策和监管的宽松促使了其迅速发展，但同时也可能带来巨大的金融风险。我国建立离岸金融市场，必须完善相关法制体系。

| Abstract: | The offshore financial market is different from the traditional market in many aspects.It develops rapidly with favorable policy and loose supervisison but entails immenese financial risks,which incurs many relevant legal problems.The parper mainly touches upon the issue of offshore market supervision and ruggests that China should adapt the offshore financial market to the re-quirement of the rapid economic development with improved relevant legal system. |
