| 摘 要： | 4D-CAD技术属于计算机技术在工程施工领域应用的一项新技术,Architecture本文基于4D-CAD技术的理念,通过分析工程项目施工管理的现状,指出4D-CAD技术在工程项目施工管理中有很大优势,4D-CAD技术有效地整合了工程项目的信息并加以集成,实现施工管理和控制的信息化、集成化、可视化和智能化,提高了工程施工管理的信息化水平和工作效率。最后,指出4D-CAD技术在工程项目施工管理中的发展趋势和方向。
