| 摘 要： | 关于诺斯制度变迁理论的方法论，有观点认为它以新古典经济学的“理性人”范式为基点。卖际上，该方法属于修正的新古典经济学范式，主要表现：一是修正的经济人假设；二是非零交易成本假设；三是新古典经济学分析工具的继承。

| Abstract: | Some view holds that the methodology of North's institutional change theory is based on the "economic man" paradigm of Neo-classical economics,which is not agreed on by the author who maintains that the methodology of North's institutional change theory is correctional paradigm of Neo-classical economics,which reflects in the following aspects:(1) correctional hypothesis of economic man(2) hypothesis of positive transaction cost(3) the inheritance of analysis tools of Neo-classical economics. |
