| Abstract: | Law and morality are a pair of everlasting contradiction in western philosophy.Through discussing their concepts,affiliations,difference and infections of each other,we can reconsider the connection with brand new eyes nowaday.In addition,it has important and special meaning to China which aims at construction both role of law and rule of morality. |
