| 摘 要： | 随着经营环境动态性和复杂性的增强,越来越多的企业实施柔性劳动力雇佣。欧洲的柔性公司模型主要采用三类雇佣模式:共同雇佣、直接雇佣和间接雇佣,这些模型在国内应用必须依据我国国情实际,以及国内的现行法律。

| Abstract: | With the rise of the dynamics and complexity of business environment,more and more enterprises implement flexible labor employment.The paper mainly introduces flexible firm model with three employment modes: co-employment,direct employment and indirect employment.It discusses how this model can be applied in China by referring to the advanced European experience. |
