哈尔滨经济型酒店发展的市场分析与对策

摘    要:近些年来,旅游者中中小商务散客及中青年占据较大比例。经济型酒店恰好以"经济、卫生、舒适、安全"的特征迎合了这一需要。但哈尔滨市大多数经济型酒店在经营上没有自己明确的目标,与市场需求错位现象比较突出。应通过市场定位,建立酒店及其产品和服务的市场特色,有针对性的提供相应的配套设施和服务项目,进行专业化经营,增强经济型酒店的市场竞争力。同时,酒店应该充分加强营销系统,打造经济型酒店品牌,提高酒店的知名度,增强其竞争力。

Market Analysis and Strategy on the Development of Harbin Economic Hotel

Abstract:Recently,most of tourists are middle and small groups of businessmen and middle-aged and young people.The economic hotels meet the need with the characteristics of economy,health,comfort and safety.But most of Harbin economic hotels have no clear aim in business and dislocate with market demand.Through market orientation,they establish their own characters of the hotels,products and services,provide relevant supporting facilities and service items,and increase their market competitiveness.Meanwhile,the hotels should strengthen the construction of marketing system,create the brand of economic hotels,and increase their popularity and competitiveness.
