我国电视购物供应链社会责任管理分析

摘    要:电视购物是一种新兴的虚拟购物通道,近年来,越来越多的经营者加入这个行业,由此形成了以电视购物企业为核心的现代化供应链。在此背景下,本文通过对电视购物行业供应链进行全面分析,结合湖南电视台快乐购的发展状况,并借鉴国外电视购物行业的发展经验,针对国内电视购物整个供应链管理及其相对空白的售后服务等方面的社会责任问题,提出相应的解决措施,帮助电视购物企业及其供应链成员了解并主动承担社会责任,从而获得稳定长远的发展。
