现代饭店标准化的若干问题思考

标准化作为现代企业管理的一个重要手段与方法，在现代饭店中得以广泛的应用。尽管标准化管理在饭店的应用所取得的效果令人瞩目，但在实践运作中由于主客观的原因，仍存在着一些问题。拟就我国现代饭店推行应用标准化在管理实践中存在的一些问题，进行理性的思考。

Probing on Some Problems of Modern Hospitality's Standardization

Standardization is used as an important managerial means and method in modern enterprises, which is also extensively applied in modern hospitality. Though the effect that standardization management brought is very great, there still exist some problems because of subjective and objective reasons during practice operation. This article makes some rational consideration on the problems that modern hospitality has in the course of promoting and applying standardization management.
