基于实训教学的模拟汽车总装线设计研究

尽管很多高职院校都开办了汽车制造与装配技术专业,但由于不具备用于汽车总装的实训条件,使得该专业实训教学项目的开展受到了限制,因此,如何在学校能力所及的范围内,设计和开发面向实训教学的模拟汽车总装线就显得十分必要。面对汽车总装线这样一条庞大的系统工程,任何一所院校都无法复制,所以,本文以学校现有的和可添置的设备为前提,进行模拟汽车总装线的设计研究,重点是体现汽车总装线的工段设置、工艺流程以及部分可行的装配操作项目。

Study on the Design of Simulated Automotive Assembly Line Based on Practical Teaching

Although many higher vocational colleges open automobile manufacture and assembly technology courses, the lack of practical automobile assembly training condition has restrained the practical training of this specialty. So it is necessary to design and develop simulated automobile assembly line open to practical teaching. Any single university cannot copy the huge system project, so the existing equipment and those can be added are taken as the foundation to study the design of the simulated automobile assembly line. The emphasis is to show the section set, technical process and part of the feasible assembly operation work.
