工程量清单结算存在的问题及对策

2003年我国建筑工程实行定额计价模式,我省使用的计价模式为《山东省建筑安装工程综合定额》和《山东省建筑安装工程消耗量定额》。随着我国加入WTO,为了实现我国工程造价管理与国际接轨,我国03推出了《工程量清单计价规范》,08年在03年的基础推出《工程量清单计价规范》08规范。但是由于我们使用清单的时间较短,因此在使用中还存在很多问题。为了不断提高对清单计价的掌握,我们采取了一些对应的措施以弥补清单结算时存在的不足。

Problems in Construction Settlement under Quantity Bill Pricing Model and Countermeasures

Since 2003, the fixed pricing mode has been implemented in construction project. In Shandong province, Comprehensive Fixed Quantity of Shandong Construction and Installation Project and Fixed Quantity of Consumption Quota of Shandong Construction and Installation Project are implemented in Shandong province. With our country joining the WTO, in order to achieve the project cost management is in line with international standards, Pricing Specification of Quantity Bill was launched in 2003 and new pricing specification was launched in 2008. As the time we use BOQ is short, there are many problems in its use. In order to constantly improve the knowledge about the BOQ, we adopt the corresponding measures to make up the deficiencies of settlement.
