新型农村合作医疗保险与居民营养结构的改善

改革开放以来,中国实施的居民社会福利领域的一系列改革,对居民营养结构的改善有着显著的影响。借助相关数据,采用极大似然估计,本文对2003年开始实施的新型农村合作医疗保险与居民营养结构的关系进行了实证研究。结论表明在控制人均实际收入后,参加新农合的家庭显著增加其每日人均热量摄入量。对不同收入阶层该影响程度也不一致,新农合使低收入家庭比中高收入家庭人均每日多摄入111.5卡热量。从营养结构上看,新农合显著增加家庭人均蛋白质、脂肪的摄入量,但对碳水化合物的摄入量没有显著影响。要改善家庭营养结构,除了增加家庭可支配收入以外,家庭未来不确定性的降低也不可或缺。
