| 摘 要： | 将特质论与机会观相结合，可以解释具有何种性格特质的创业者更倾向于运用何种机会识别方式。基于此，搜索、发现和浮现等三种不同的机会识别方式可能要求创业者具有特定的风险承担倾向、创新导向、成就动机、自我效能、控制源和模糊容忍能力等方面的创业特质组合。

| Abstract: | Based on the integration of the trait theory and the theory of opportunity discovery and exploitation,people can answer the question that what kind of entrepreneurs will tend to use what means of opportunity recognition.As a result,different opportunity recognition methods,search,discovery and emerging for instance,may require entrepreneurs to have a certain trait combination of risk-taking propensity,innovation,need for achievement,self-efficacy,locus of control,tolerance for ambiguity and so on. |
