| 摘 要： | 资金是西部地区稀缺的资源 ,目前西部地区经济增长主要靠财政性投资拉动。本文在肯定财政性投资成绩的前提下 ,分析了现阶段存在的主要问题 ,提出了相应的对策 ,以便更好地提高西部大开发经济增长的质量和效益。
