| 摘 要： | 本文针对向物流给众多企业带来的冲击和挑战，主要逆向物流的外部性和内部性两方面阐述应如何进行战略控制，同时通过赋予拆解中心为执行流程的核心主体来推动整个流程的执行，从而达到控制逆向物流的负面影响的目的为企业创造更多的利润。

| Abstract: | This passage is contraposed the impact and challenge of many enterprises by adverse logistics,we stress on expounding how to strategically control adverse logistics from extrior and interior, and impel the flow to execute by endowing separating center with the core part then in order to creat more profits by controlling its negative impact. |
