| 摘 要： | 本文在借鉴国外发达地区农业科技社会化服务供给机制的基础上,考察分析了上海农业科技社会化服务现有供给机制,通过对上海农业科技需求的实地调查,发现需求拉动不足的问题,提出农业科技的实际效用是影响农业科技需求的关键,并建议改善现有服务供给机制,构建农业科技“需求拉动”机制,促进上海农业科技社会化服务在供求平衡中取得持续循环发展。

| Abstract: | Basing on the mechanism of agricultural technologies socialized services of developed area aboard, this article inspected the mechanism of agricultural technoiogies socialized services of Shanghai. The problem of short of Demand Pull power is founded, and agricultural technologies＇ efficiency is the key point which affects agricultural technologies＇ demand. The author put forward of the suggestion that it is necessary to improve the present mechanism of service supply, and establish the system of demand pull. It must be the demand pull that promote agricultural technologies socialized services of Shanghai to a durative developing circle with the balance among supply and demand. |
