| 摘 要： | 通过对伊春国有林产权制度改革试点的实地调研,分析了目前国有林产权制度改革的动因、目标以及阶段性成效,对其进行了总体评价和判断。并从私人产权保护制度和新产权制度运行所需的基础制度方面分析了目前所面临的制度冲突等问题,进而对国有林产权制度进一步改革预期进行了讨论。
