学习型党组织创建载体研究

学习型社会的具体要求已将建设马克思主义学习型政党上升为新时期党建研究的重要课题.其中,创建载体的选择与构建更是完善学习型党组织机制、提升党员素质和水平的重点.从学习型党组织的内涵与特点入手,结合工作实际,创新性地提出学习型党组织的“金字塔”载体构建模型,以期为学习型党组织载体创建提供参考.

Study on the Foudation Carrier to the Learning Party Organization

The specific requirements of the learning type society have prompted building a learning party of Marx- ism to an important subject of the construction of the CPC in new period. The selection and structure of the carrier construction play important roles in perfecting the learning party and improving the quality of our party members. Combining with the actual work, the thesis analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the learning party and in- novatively presents the ＂Pyramid＂ model carrier of learning type party organization. Also, this model provides the reference for constrution of the learning party organization.
