关于高职院校通识课程设置的思考

摘    要:高职院校通识课程设置存在诸多问题:简单化、功利化;缺乏系统性,结构不合理;内容不合理;缺少核心课程与精品课程;教学方法陈旧,实践与互动环节薄弱;缺乏高职特色与自身特色.其主要原因在于:对通识课程的重要性和必要性认识不足;缺乏统一的课程理念;通识教材数量不足;师资水平有待加强;学制太短限制了通识教育的开展;教学管理制度不完善.因此,必须转变观念,提高认识;构建以素质教育为取向的通识课程体系;更新教学模式;形成比较完善的通识教育教学质量监控体系;加强师资队伍建设.

Abstract:There are many problems in the curriculum of general education which are simplicity, utilitarian, lack of systemic, irrational structure and content, lack of core curriculum and high-quality curriculum, outdated teaching meth- od, weakness in practice and interaction and lack of vocational characteristics and its own characteristics. The analyzed reasons are following: less awareness of the importance and necessity of curriculum, a lack of unique idea of curricu- lum, a lack of tutorials, low teaching level of the teachers, and the limited time restricts the development of education. The educational manage system is imperfect. Therefore, we have to convert our concept to improve our awareness; construct the courses system as the orientation of quality education, renew our teaching mode;form a perfect monito- ring system of teaching quality;strengthen the construction of teaching staff.
