Study on the organization structure reforming of the private construction enterprises

The private construction enterprise plays an important role in Chinese construction market and grows gradually under the special policy conditions of China. This paper firstly studies the development stages of the private construction enterprises, indicates the characters of each stage, then analyses the necessity of the organization structure reform specifically within the developing private construction enterprises, from the perspectives of organization, transaction cost analysis and the needs of industry development, finally, brings forward some suggestions of the essential reform methods to the private construction enterorises develoornent.
