| 摘 要： | 通过分析我国机械工业企业物流合理化发展的环境及存在的问题和对策,提出了运用体制创新来推动其物流合理化进程,并在体制创新的原则下设置物流技术策划机构,指出了物流技术策划工作的主要职责和策划部门的组织与运行。
