高技术产业曼奎斯特指数研究

摘    要:利用数据包络分析法(DEA)对我国高技术产业1997~2004年的经营效率进行了总体分析,并利用Malmquist生产率指数对高技术产业的效率变动进行了评价。经营效率分析的结果表明,我国高技术产业生产经营效率很低,行业结构、区域分布、规模大小以及企业类型等因素都会使高技术产业在综合技术效率、纯技术效率与规模效率方面存在差异。动态效率分析的结果表明,高技术产业生产率的增长主要是由技术进步导致的,而不是来自效率的改善,规模效率低下造成了效率损失。这说明,要从根本上提高中国高技术产业的生产经营效率,就必须进行规模调整,提高规模效率。

Abstract:The paper analyzes and evaluates high-tech industry of China from 1997 to 2004 with Data Envelopment Analysis on the whole.In addition,it evaluates the changes of efficiency of the industry by Malmquist Productivity Index.The results show that the production efficiency of china's high-tech industry is very low;meanwhile,the factors such as industrial structure,location,scales and ownership structure may have impact on the economic efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of high-tech industry.The Dynamic Efficiencg Analysis demonstrates that china's high-tech industry relies on the improvement in technology rather than on retardation in efficiency change which result from scales inefficiency.This means that in order to improve the production efficiency of China's high-tech industries,we must make effort to impulse the scale improvement and increase it's contribution to the development of total factor productivity of the industry.
