| 摘 要： | 装备制造业是衡量一个国家或地区的工业实力、科技创新能力以及国际竞争力的重要标志，直接决定着一个国家或地区在国际产业分工中的地位。2008年爆发的全球金融危机，使上海装备制造业遭受重创，探寻上海装备制造业的发展对策已成当务之急。该丈首先分析了上海装备制造业发展现状，并探讨了制约上海装备制造业转型升级的瓶颈与障碍，最后提出了加快上海装备制造业产业发展和结构升级的若干对策。

| Abstract: | Equipment manufacturing is a key indicator which measures a national or regional industrial power, scientific innovative capability and global competitive forces, and it decides the national or regional position in global industrial specialization. Shanghai equipment manufacturing suffered heavily due to the global financial crises which broke out in 2008. It has been top priority to seek the countermeasures to develop Shanghai equipment manufacturing. This paper first analyzes the current situation of Shanghai equipment manufacturing, and then discusses the bottle-necks and obstacles which hinder the development of Shanghai equipment manufacturing. At last, tural upgrading of S the paper proposes the countermeasures to expedite the industrial development and stru hanghai equipment manufacturing. |
