深化国企董事会选聘经理人员改革的必要性及其对策

摘    要:现在距离2020年“建成完善的社会主义市场经济体制”的目标仅有8年左右,时间在倒逼着国资国企改革的进一步深化和推进。为了进一步推进上海市管国企董事会选聘经理人员的改革,只有形成改革共识、制度共识,形成改革的整体设计,跟进支撑改革的配套制度、配套政策,解决好几个突出问题,才能真正实现符合社会主义市场体制的国企领导干部制度改革。

Abstract:It's only eight years for the goal "to built perfect socialist market economy system" in 2020. Time is forced down the further deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises and propulsion. In order to further promote the reform of the board of directors of state-owned enterprises hiring managers in Shanghai. Only forming reform consensus, institutional consensus and integral designs of the reform, following up the supporting system, corresponding policies, and solving several problems, can we truly achieve state-owned enterprises leading cadre system reform according with the socialist market system.
