城市基础设施提供的最优规模——MDP税收分配模型的一个运用

城市公共基础设施的规模究竟是否恰当已日益成为关注焦点。而采用何种科学的经济学方法来评价公共品最优规模在现实中一直没有得到有效解决，通过引入MDP税收分配机制，我们能较好地促使经济主体显示其对公共品的真实偏好，从而达到公共品的最优配置规模。根据MDP机制，我们还可以对城市各项公共设施规模进行检验，以促进公共品的有效配置。

The Optimal Scale of Urban Infrastructure:A Study using MDP Tax-Distribution Model

The scale of urban infrastructure is enlarging with economic growth, and that whether the scale is appropriate or not has attracted great attention. However, scientific and proper method to evaluate the optimal scale of ur ban infrastructure still remains to be a problem. By introducing MDP tax-distribution model, this paper tries to better illustrate economic entities' real preference of public goods, so as to find the optimal scale of public goods. With the help of MDP model, we can also examine the scale of public goods in various cities and find what to do to improve infrastructure construction.
