| 摘 要： | 推动西部地区高质量发展是解决经济发展不平衡不充分问题的科学选择,是促进新时代中国特色社会主义市场经济健康发展的必然要求。基于高质量发展的新理念和新要求,针对当前西部地区发展现状及存在的问题,运用比较分析力图从投资效率、创新基础、产业格局、消费能力等多维层面揭示制约西部地区高质量发展面临的现实障碍,可为解决我国经济发展中不平衡不充分问题提供科学的路径选择。

| Abstract: | Promoting high-quality development in the western region is a scientific choice to solve the problem of insufficient imbalance in economic development. Based on the new ideas and requirements of high-quality development, aiming at the current development situation and existing problems in the western region, this paper tries to reveal the realistic obstacles that restrict the high-quality development of the western region from the aspects of investment efficiency, innovation basis, industrial pattern and consumption ability by comparative analysis, which can provide a scientific path for solving the imbalance and insufficiency in the economic development of China. |
