转型期中国农村公共服务供给体制建构的路径选择

"农业兴则百业兴,农村稳则天下宁",做好农村公共服务至关重要。建设社会主义新农村其本质就是大力发展农村公共服务。借鉴国内外公共服务供给制度的有益经验,明确政府在供给体制中的主导地位,建构完善的供给保障制度和行之有效的运行体系,将是我国农村公共服务有效供给的路径选择。

"If agriculture flourished,all industries prospered;if countryside was steady,the world was peaceful",to do well the rural public service was very important.The essence of building the socialist new countryside was to improve rural public service rapidly.By using the beneficial experience of the supply system of public service at home and abroad for reference,to make clear the dominant status of the government in the supply system and to establish perfect supply guarantee system and effective running system would be the path choice of effective supply of Chinese rural public service.
