| 摘 要： | 班级是学校工作的一个基本单位,也是学生学习生活的基本组织.班主任是班集体的组织者和教育者,是学生德、智、体、美诸多方面发展的指导者.文章通过分析中等职业技术学校目前教育存在的问题,指出其原因所在,并从德育方面进行阐述,提出加强班级管理的几点建议.

| Abstract: | A class is a basic unit of school work and a basic organization of the student’s school life.The head teacher is an organizer in class and an instructor whose responsibility is to train the students who are well developed morally,intellectually, physically and aesthetically.Through the analysis of some existing problems in secondary vocational and technical schools,the paper points out the causes of the problems and puts forward some suggestions on class management. |
