摘    要:过多依赖化石能源的消费,进而引起全球气候的问题越来越严重。中国经济的快速发展所伴随的高耗能产业等对化石燃料的消耗,成为当前发展低碳经济的重要阻碍。河南省作为发展中原经济区的一个非常重要的成员,对于中国的低碳经济发展起到非常重要的作用。本文在对河南省碳排放量测算的基础上,并对未来几年的碳排放量的进行预测,并提出合理建议。

Abstract:Excessive dependence on fossil energy consumption causes the global climate problem is getting worse.With the rapid development of Chinese economy,the high consumption of fossil fuels in energy-intensive industries is becoming major impediment to the development of low-carbon economy.As a very important member of Zhongyuan Economic Zone,Henan Province is playing a significant role in the low-carbon economic development of China.In this paper,the prediction on Carbon Emissions of the coming several years and some reasonable proposals will be given based on the measurement of Henan Province’s Carbon Emissions.
