辽宁满族文化产业发展现状、问题与对策研究

辽宁省满族祖先为后世留下了丰富的物质文化资源和非物质文化资源,包括建筑文化、饮食文化、剪纸、语言(满语)等等。由于受社会经济环境和其发展规律的影响,辽宁满族文化产业在发展过程中,出现了一些问题:满族文化产业相关配套政策不完善;产业结构不合理;人力资源后劲不足;一些文化产业项目知名度不高等。从满族文化产业发展过程的瓶颈出发,通过加强法规体系建设,推动满族文化有序发展;培育满族文化产业发展相关人才;完善市场营销策略,调整结构,促进升级,推动辽宁省满族文化产业健康发展,充分发挥其文化功能和社会功能。

Present Situation,Problems and Countermeasures Research of Liaoning Manchu Culture Industry Development

Liaoning Manchu ancestors left rich material culture and non-material resource to future generations, including architecture, food, paper cutting, language, etc. Due to the influence of social economic environment and its law of development, the development of the cultural industry has met some problems： imperfect supporting poli-cies, industrial structure is unreasonable, insufficient human resources power, industry project visibility is not high. In order to solve the problems, we should strengthen the construction of legal system, and promote orderly develop-ment of the Manchu culture, cultivating personnel, perfect marketing strategies, adjusting structure, promoting the upgrade and promote the healthy development of industries, give full play to the cultural function and social func-tion to seek solutions.
