| 摘 要： | 随着我国城市化进程的加快,农用土地不断被征用,失地农民的养老保险问题成为被广泛关注的社会问题。文章通过分析建立失地农民养老保障的必要性,提出了建立失地农民养老保障制度的建议及资金筹集模式。

| Abstract: | With China's urbanization accelerating,agricultural lands have been continuously expropriated.The problem of land-off peasant's endowment insurance is widely concerned about by society.This article suggests that governments should build land-off peasant's endowment insurance system and its financing model,through analyzing the necessity of building it. |
