现代服务业知识管理能力综合评价模型研究

现代服务业已经成长为发达经济中的主导产业之一，成为推动经济增长和可持续发展的重要动力，知识管理则是现代服务业生存及竞争的主要措施。本文在对现代服务业和知识管理能力相关概念进行阐释的基础上，根据现代服务业的特点，设计出一套具有可操作性的现代服务业知识管理能力评价指标体系，并提出了现代服务业知识管理能力测评模型。

A Model Study of Modern Tertiary Industry Intellectual Management Ability

Modern tertiary industry as a pillar sector of developed economy is pushing forward the sustained growth of economy. Intellectual management is a major measure for tertiary industries to survive. The paper based on the illustration of concepts of modern tertiary industry and intellectual management ability, with consideration of the features of modern tertiary industries, designs an index system to appraise the intellectual management ability of modern tertiary industry. The author puts forward a surveying model for modern tertiary industry intellectual management ability.
