| 摘 要： | 加入WTO后，零售行业成为了国民经济中市场化程度最高的行业之一。目前，我国零售业发展非常迅速，但是随着外商纷纷“抢滩”中国市场，竞争环境日趋激烈。在这种情况下，中国的零售业应该如何应对WTO带给我们的机遇和挑战值得我们进一步思考。
