| 摘 要： | 韩国的新村运动使韩国从一个落后的农业国家成长为一个现代化国家。其运动的成功主要依靠引导农民机制、激励村庄机制、民间资源利用机制、政府主导机制和国家宏观支持机制等的有力保证。韩国新村运动的实践机制为中国的新农村建设实践提供了很多方面的有益启示，其失败的教训对我们也有重要的警示作用。

| Abstract: | South Korea＇s new village movement causes SouthKorea from a backward agricultural country to a modernized country. Its movement success main dependented to guides the farmer mechanism, to drive the village mechanism, to use the folk resources mechanism, the government leading the mechanism and the nationa lmacroscopic supporting mechanism and so on. South Korea＇s new village movement practice mechanism provides the many beneficial enlightenment for China＇s new rural reconstruction practice, and its defeat lesson also is worth learning. |
