民营企业人力资源开发研究

摘    要:民营企业已成为我国国民经济的重要组成部分,而人力资源是企业最宝贵的资源,是民营企业提升竞争力的决定性因素,但由于人力资源管理水平落后、人力资源开发力度不够等,致使民营企业人员队伍不稳定、人才流失严重,从而制约了民营企业的进一步发展。因此,我国民营企业应借鉴国外先进经验,扬长避短,采取各种有效措施,进行人力资源的开发,以促进民营企业健康持续快速发展。

Abstract:Private-owned enterprises have become an important component in Chinese economy. Human resource is the most valuable resource to enterprises, and the decision factor for promoting competition ability of private enterprises. Because of the backward management and insufficient development of human resource, talents in private enterprises are unstable. This situation restricts the further development of private enterprises. Therefore, the private enterprises in China should take advanced abroad experience as reference, and take various effective measures to develop human resource so as to promote sustainable development of private enterprises.
