| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、逻辑推理法、归纳演绎法对太极拳进行分析和研究,结合当今教育发展趋势,把太极拳与教育的德育性、智育性、体育性结合起来,全面的研究和分析了太极拳的教育功能,目的是为了发扬广大中华武学,并且更好地利用太极拳为人类社会和自身健康服务。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed and studied shadowboxing by using document-data method,logical reasoning method,deductive method.Combining with today＇s trends in the development of education,taking shadowboxing with the combination of education of the moral,intellectual,and sports,we comprehensive studied and analyzed educational function of shadowboxing to carry forward the broad masses of the Chinese martial arts and make better use of shadowboxing to serve for the human society and their own health. |
