结合关键链技术和Project软件编制施工进度计划

为了实现关键链技术和项目管理软件的结合,并在我国工程管理领域得到应用和普及,简要介绍了关键链技术,针对关键链技术的局限性,提出了合理工期计算方法,分析了工期中包含的工作日和非工作日,探讨了缓冲区的设置和缓冲时间计算的方法;分析了关键链技术和网络计划技术的异同,改良了Project 2003软件,克服了关键链技术和软件结合的瓶颈;建立了施工进度计划系统、网络计划技术模型和关键链计划技术模型,有助于施工进度计划的编制和优化.通过工程案例,编制了施工进度计划,计算简单、操作方便,证明方法可行.
